Notepad++ is a text editor that supports many programming languages ( c/ c++/ Java/ html/ xml/ php/ asp/ vb/ vbs/ SQL/ Objective-C/ javascript/ ini/ makefile/ MSDos Display ). This software has many facilities that are helping to edit the text, script, source code, or just to see the txt file. Quite small in size but have very complete facilities as a text editor.
Notepad++ has Syntax Highlighting featur that support many programming languages, and automatically detects the programming language when opening a file. With this facility the scripts will look colorful, so it will be easier when editing source code. In addition Notepad++ also has Syntax Folding feature, Syntax Folding is a facility that can hide the code inside a block of code, as in the sign of {} in the function / class / if and in the html tags so that the code can be reduced to 1 line with sign [+] on the left, and many more features which is owned by Notepad++.
Notepad++ also available in portable version, so you can place it on your USB flash drive, iPod, portable hard drive or on a CD and use it on any computer.
