Tweak Network Settings is a Firefox extension that serves to speed up firefox through alteration of Firefox network settings (pipelining). Actually this can be done manually by typing about:config in Firefox url box. With Tweak Network Settings, this can be done easily without have to go through about:config that might be confusing for novice users.
Follow the steps below to use the Tweak Network Settings
- After we install these addons in Firefox browser, now we run through the Tools menu and then Tweak Network Settings. After that will appear warning about the risk of the use of addons Tweak Network Settings, click OK to continue.
- We will see the Tweak Network Settings panel, this panel values there is a default value from the Firefox browser which will modify its value.
- To changes the settings just click the "Power" button, then automatically the values of the parameters will change in accordance with the standards of this application (considered optimal), then we apply these changes by pressing the "Apply" button.
Now you can feel the different speed of your Mozilla Firefox. If we want to return back parameter values as before, just click the "Default" button
